I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker specializing in counseling, psychotherapy, and life exploration with adolescents, adults, and families.  I am certified in Crisis Intervention by the American Academy of Experts in Traumatic Stress, and have been a Member of the National Center for Crisis Management since 2016.  A graduate of Cornell University and the University of Southern California, I have helped individuals and their families in both Los Angeles and Northern Virginia, to achieve social and psychological breakthroughs into a happier life space.

In my free time I enjoy sailing on the Chesapeake Bay, a passion I have had since I worked seven summers as a sailing instructor on Long Island. I also enjoy reading mystery novels, playing darts, pool & board games, and cooking. My husband Doug and I have lived in Northern Virginia since 1996. We have three wonderful children and as a family we all enjoy many outdoor activities together.
