About uFringo Counseling

uFringo comes from the Latin word perfringo which means "breakthrough." Fringo literally means SMASH. Life offers opportunities for phenomenal growth, change and discovery, but everybody gets stuck sometimes, even the people who look like they have it all together. Anxiety, depression, grief, chronic stress, underachievement, and other emotional issues can have a disabling effect on a person's life. But these challenges are not insurmountable. People can, and do, break through and move on, personally stronger and emotionally restored. uFringo's mission is to help you break through whatever is holding you back from the person, or the family, you want to become. uFringo, so you can be set free and go (u-fri-n-go).
